Start at the ArionPlay website
Open ArionPlay from the Open ArionPlay button, or go to arionplay.com, and choose the account sign-in. An ArionPlay mirror is available through our button, so the sign-in page always loads from the current address. Your password, one-time code and recovery details belong in the ArionPlay sign-in flow. Work through a failed login
- Use the account identifier the ArionPlay sign-in asks for, and remove any spaces that came with copy and paste.
- Enter the password carefully, and if a password manager filled it in, check that it picked your ArionPlay entry.
- Use the password recovery option on the ArionPlay sign-in screen and follow its current instructions.
- When verification is requested, use the latest message sent to the contact method on your account, and keep that code for the sign-in screen only.
One careful attempt shows you more than several quick ones. If the page shows an account message, note its exact wording and send it to ArionPlay support, which can explain the next step.
When a verification message is late
Check the contact details shown in the sign-in flow, your signal or internet connection and your spam or filtering settings. Wait for the timer on the page before you ask for another message. If several codes arrive, the newest one matches the current screen.

When the page loads but the account does not open
Try a fresh tab on the same ArionPlay address and update your browser. If you clear site data you sign in again, and the account is exactly where you left it. Keep any transaction reference before you change your session if you are also following a payment.
