Check GCash in your own cashier
If you want to use GCash with ArionPlay, begin inside your signed-in operator account and inspect the methods offered for the transaction. Confirm the method, recipient or destination, amount and any displayed conditions before approving a transfer.
We have not confirmed a universal current GCash minimum, fee or processing time for ArionPlay. Public third-party instructions disagree on payment details, and a deposit method does not prove that the same withdrawal route is available. Use the current cashier information for your own account.
Deposits: keep the two records together
If GCash is offered for a deposit, follow the instructions shown by the operator’s cashier. Do not replace its recipient information with an account number supplied in an unrelated message or social post.
Before approval, check the amount in Philippine pesos and any displayed charges. After the transaction, retain the GCash reference, time and amount alongside the deposit record in the casino account. A completed wallet payment and a credited casino balance are separate records; compare both before deciding that the deposit is finished.
Withdrawals: review a separate set of conditions
Open the operator’s withdrawal options and check the available destination methods. Review any identity check, account-name requirement, balance restriction or promotion condition shown for your account. Availability in the deposit menu should not be used as the answer to a withdrawal question.
Record the withdrawal request identifier and the status shown after submission. “Submitted”, “processing” and a completed receipt describe different points in a transaction. Do not interpret a submitted request as money already received in your wallet.
If a transaction is pending
- Compare the amount, time and reference in the wallet with the operator’s account history.
- Keep a screenshot of the status, hiding information that is not needed when sharing it with support.
- Use the support route within the relevant service and provide the transaction reference through that channel.
- Avoid sending a second payment solely to force the first one through.
Only the payment service and operator can investigate their transaction records. This guide cannot trace, reverse or release a payment. An “instant withdrawal” claim elsewhere should not replace the status and terms shown in your own account.
